1. Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment, submit a form, or purchase products through the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Services Are Informational, Not Medical Advice
Content on this Site — including service descriptions, blog posts, and treatment information — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or a substitute for an in-person consultation. Every treatment carries individual risks and requirements, and suitability is determined only through a consultation with Beautiful You. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information during that consultation, including any conditions, medications, allergies, or prior treatments relevant to your care.

Individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment, and testimonials or before/after examples reflect individual experiences that may not be typical.
“Botox” and “Jeuveau” are registered trademarks of their respective manufacturers, referenced here for descriptive purposes only.

3. Booking, Deposits & Cancellations

• Online booking is available for select services; treatments such as Morpheus8 and hyperhidrosis require a consultation with Emily before scheduling and are not booked directly online.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve most appointments (for example, a flat deposit for neurotoxin and chemical peel appointments, or 50% of the estimated service cost for filler, microneedling, and Radiesse appointments). Current deposit amounts are shown at checkout when you book.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 24 hours before your appointment will not forfeit your deposit, which can be applied to a future visit. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit.

• We reserve the right to require a new deposit to rebook after a forfeited appointment.
   

Published prices are estimates and may vary based on your individual treatment plan; final pricing is confirmed at your consultation or appointment.

4. Payments
Payments and deposits made through the Site are processed by our third-party payment processor, Wix Payments. By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable charge. We do not store your full payment card information.

5. Products & Affiliate Purchases
Skincare products purchased for home delivery through our Jan Marini affiliate storefront are sold and fulfilled by Jan Marini Skin Research, Inc., not by Beautiful You. Those purchases are subject to Jan Marini's own terms, shipping, and return policies. We may receive a commission on qualifying purchases made through that link.

6. Promotions & Giveaways
From time to time we may run promotions, giveaways, or discount offers on the Site (such as our James J. Hill Days sign-up). Each promotion is subject to its own specific rules, eligibility requirements, and expiration dates, which will be stated at the time of the offer. Discount codes and giveaway prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless stated otherwise.

7. Client Portal Accounts
If you create a client portal account to view appointments, invoices, or signed documents, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

8. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information on any form, including your identity or health information

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data connected to the Site

• Copy, scrape, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our permission

9. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and other content on the Site (excluding third-party content such as embedded social media posts) are owned by Beautiful You Aesthetics, LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

10. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party sites, including our Instagram, Facebook, and Jan Marini affiliate storefront. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party sites.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work to keep information accurate and the Site running smoothly, we make no warranties, express or implied, that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beautiful You Aesthetics, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on Site content or issues with third-party services (such as Wix, Wix Payments, or our affiliate partners). This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here affects any separate informed-consent agreement you sign in connection with an in-person treatment.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Beautiful You Aesthetics, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
